My name is Jennifer Mischke and I am an Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner.

I graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2011. I have always been interested and intrigued by the miracle of the human body. The balance of keeping our physical body healthy along with other aspects of our psyche. 

I have definitely found that balance with Massage Therapy & Reiki. Personally, I have always been into fitness, nutrition & seeking what helps me feel balanced in all areas of my life. I am constantly learning and growing and I  try to bring that to my work as an LMT. 

 The vision of my practice is to help people relax, repair & rejuvenate your body. Help relieve stress &  bring awareness to your own body. Also, to offer a safe & peaceful environment that will help you to find your MIND, BODY, SPIRIT connection!!

 When we take time for ourselves...just an hour at a time...we can change our energy, our outlook on life, and the awareness that we have for ourselves and the things around us!!
