Swedish Massage-  is the most widely used form of massage. It is a scientific and systematic manipulation of the body's soft tissue for the purpose of establishing and maintaining good health. It is relaxing and therapeutic.

SRT (Structural Relief Therapy)- This hands on technique can be added to your massage or just come in for an SRT session. SRT stops involuntary muscle contractions, instantly increases range of motion (ROM), and can decrease pain in the first treatment. 

Deep Tissue Massage- Deep Tissue therapy focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.It is especially helpful for chronically  tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness and sore shoulders.

Cupping Therapy- Massage Cupping is an effective and time honored technique dating back thousands of years. Suction is used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions and bring blood flow to layers of connective tissue. 

Reiki Therapy- is an ancient Japenese art of energy healing. Reiki is used to balance client's energy fields and align chakras. The benefits are mental, spiritual, and physical.

Myofacial Release- Myofascial release is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body. 

Warm Bamboo Massage- is an innovative way to provide Swedish or deep tissue massage using heated bamboo to roll and knead the tissue to create an extreme sensation of relaxation and well-being.

Reflexology-  Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands). Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. ... Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.

• 1 hour Massage/Body Work- $85
• 90 minute Massage/Body Work- $115
• 1 hour Reiki - $75
